Terms of Service

Welcome to God 365. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the God 365 mobile application (“the App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Service

God 365 is a personal spiritual tracking and journaling application. The App allows you to:

  • Record journal entries across categories such as Quiet Time, Dreams, Visions, Prophetic Words, and others
  • Track and manage prayer requests
  • Record voice notes and attach photos to entries
  • Receive AI-powered spiritual guidance and reflection
  • View a daily Bible verse
  • Track milestones and achievements in your spiritual journey

Important: God 365 is a personal tool for spiritual reflection. It is not a substitute for pastoral care, professional counseling, therapy, or medical advice. The AI features provide general spiritual encouragement and should not be relied upon as authoritative spiritual direction.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use God 365.

3. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
  • Each person may maintain one account

4. Your Content

Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create in God 365, including journal entries, prayer requests, voice recordings, photos, and chat messages. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

License to Us

By using the App, you grant God 365 a limited license to store, process, and display your content back to you as part of the service. If you enable AI features, this license includes sending content from your permitted categories to our AI provider to generate responses for you. We will never publish, share, or display your content to anyone else.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you create in the App. You agree not to use the App to store or transmit content that is illegal or that violates the rights of others.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to access another user's account or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the App
  • Circumvent any security measures or rate limits

6. AI Features

God 365 includes an AI spiritual guidance feature powered by third-party AI services. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

  • AI responses are for personal reflection only and should not be treated as authoritative spiritual, theological, or professional advice
  • You control what the AI can access through your AI Privacy Settings, where you choose which entry categories the AI may read
  • AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not aligned with your personal beliefs or denomination
  • Chat messages are automatically deleted after 7 days
  • The AI feature is provided on a best-effort basis and may be modified or discontinued

7. Media Uploads

When uploading voice recordings or photos:

  • You must own the content or have the right to use it
  • Voice recordings are limited to 50 MB per file (supported formats: M4A, MP3, WAV, WebM, AAC)
  • Photos are limited to 20 MB per file (supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, HEIC, HEIF)
  • We reserve the right to enforce file size and format limits

8. Intellectual Property

The God 365 application, including its design, branding, logos, and code, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the App as intended.

Bible verses displayed in the App are sourced from public domain translations: American Standard Version (ASV), Bible in Basic English (BBE), King James Version (KJV), and World English Bible (WEB).

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will be available at all times without interruption
  • The App will be free of errors or bugs
  • AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or appropriate
  • Your data will never be lost (though we take reasonable measures to protect it)

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOD 365 AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10a. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium Subscription

God 365 offers an optional premium subscription (“God365 Premium”) that provides additional features including unlimited AI chat, voice transcription, full AI history, unlimited storage, monthly Spiritual Digest, and premium themes.

Pricing

God365 Premium is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Current pricing is displayed on the subscription screen within the App before purchase.

Free Trial

New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the displayed price.

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current subscription price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID or Google account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings:

  • iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
  • Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at [email protected]. For refund requests, you may also contact Apple or Google directly through their respective support channels.

Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before it renews.

11. Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time through the Profile screen in the App. Upon deletion, all of your data — including entries, prayers, media files, chat history, and preferences — will be permanently removed.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the service or other users.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For significant changes, we may notify you via email or within the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
